We aim to inspire

Beaver Training & Development provides a range of high quality training programmes and corporate events, these can be tailored to your needs, off the shelf or bespoke. The range of programmes we offer includes leadership training, teambuilding, management training, supervisor training, coaching and problem solving etc.  We also offer a number of courses to help develop interpersonal skills, as well as computer software training.

The company is based in Swindon, Wiltshire but works anywhere in the UK. We can conduct our programmes and corporate events either 'in-house' if you have the space and facilities, or at an external venue suitable to your needs.

When designing our training and development programmes; we will:

Action plans  
All participants leave our programmes with detailed action plans. These are monitored to ensure they are implemented, introduce change at work and do not end up simply as statements of intent.
