The very nature of these subjects results in a degree of overlap between the courses. Our leadership courses are of benefit to establish leaders as well as delegates who are new to the position. The teambuilding courses provide leaders with the tools of teambuilding and can easily be varied to move existing teams forward in development.

Developing leadership skills  
A complete course of flexible styles which can be changed to suit the people and the situation.

Team Building and Maintenance    A comprehensive course in the theory and practice of team building, development and maintenance.  Designed for complete teams or to provide leaders with the tools of Teambuilding.

    Specifically designed for airline employees,  particularly crew, who are in positions of
                                                           responsibility and in contact with passengers.

    Currently based at Elmers Court Country Club Lymington (for teams of 10 - 35)
