Leadership and Team Building
The very nature of these subjects results in a degree of overlap between the courses. Our leadership courses are equally beneficial to existing leaders or delegates who are new to the position. The teambuilding courses provide leaders with the tools of teambuilding or alternatively they can be varied to move existing teams forward in development.

Managerial and Supervisory Skills  
We offer a range of courses for managers and supervisors.  Some are suitable for delegates with previous formal training who wish to build on their skills, and others are suitable for delegates new to their positions or who have had no previous training.

Interpersonal Skills  
In all aspects of life we have to interact with people, be it in our personal relationships, with our colleagues at work or customers etc. The choice of words we use and the way we act or react can determine the success or failure of these interactions. The courses in this section will help the generation of successful outcomes, particularly in conflict situations, and may also help in reducing any resulting stress.

Customer Care and Management  
There are two courses in this section, one covers the complete design and implementation of a customer care programme and the other covers the training of employees in the interpersonal skills required by such a programme.

Corporate Events
Either low key training based on a few learning points to be extracted, or totally social.  We have a wide range of tasks and equipment suitable for groups of between 10 and 100. These can be used as a short event to complement a conference etc,  or a whole day of challenge events in the style of 'Its a knockout'.  There are various ways to run these events, you choose what you want based on what you wish to achieve.

Operation Airline 
Operation Airline is a comprehensive course in leadership combined with customer service. The course is specifically aimed at airline employees who are in positions of responsibility and in addition to providing leadership and other interpersonal skills etc, it is designed to inspire those who attend into giving just that "little bit extra".

Operation Waterline
Operation Waterline is an all day event designed for up to 35 people.  It is a multi task activity requiring lots of planning and can be run as part of a teambuilding course with review sessions etc. or as a stand alone corporate event with fun as the main objective.  This activity has been designed specifically to be held within the grounds of Elmers Court Country Club, Lymington, on the south coast in Hampshire, but could be adapted for other locations.

Murder Mystery  
Primarily an icebreaker. Usually conducted on the first evening of a residential course. We can however offer a Murder Mystery as a stand alone event at a clients venue.  If you have an idea for a particular theme, we may be able to write a murder mystery specifically for you.

IT Training  
We offer a range of computer training courses. These are based mainly around MS Office, but if you have a particular requirement we will consider developing a bespoke course for you.  We also provide an 'introduction' to computers and associated products course.  This is aimed at delegates who are probably, but not necessarily, in the 40+ age bracket and need to develop confidence with computers.
